Our applications are designed to process data locally on your device, providing privacy-focused AI services without requiring cloud processing. These Terms govern your use of all our applications and services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by:

  • Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms
  • Posting a notice within our applications
  • Sending an email to registered users (where applicable)

Your continued use of our applications after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

4. User Access

On-Device Processing

MASIC.AI applications are designed to process data locally on your device. This means your files (such as audio or images) typically remain on your device during processing and are not uploaded to our servers unless explicitly stated otherwise for specific features.


5. User Restrictions

When using our applications, you agree not to:

  • Use our applications for any illegal purposes
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code
  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
  • Transfer, sublicense, lease, lend, rent or otherwise distribute the applications to third parties
  • Make the functionality of the applications available to multiple users through any means
  • Use the applications in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our services
  • Use automated scripts to collect information from or interact with our applications

All intellectual property rights in our applications and their contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, graphics, software, images, videos, sounds, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by MASIC.AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our applications are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

  • The applications will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location
  • Any errors or defects will be corrected
  • The applications are free of viruses or other harmful components
  • The results of using the applications will meet your requirements


8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MASIC.AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use our applications
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our applications
  • Any bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our applications


9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our applications immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use our applications will immediately cease.


10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MASIC.AI operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
